Native from Northern California, Nick Hernandez's roofing experience dates back to 1977 when he began working as a roofer for Pioneer Roofing in  his hometown of Ukiah, CA. Hernandez held the position for 3.5 years before moving to the last frontier. In Alaska, he commenced a decade of hard work and mastery with Rain Proof Roofing. He began as a roofer (4 yrs.) and concluded as a lead foreman (6 yrs.), taking on significant state and government projects. After leaving Rain Proof, he embarked on what would be  a 21 year experience with Industrial Roofing Inc. (IRI). His journey began as the main foreman (4 yrs.), continued as a Project Manager (5 yrs.), followed as an Estimator for residential and small commercial projects (3 yrs.), and finalized as a Senior Estimator and Silent Partner (9 yrs.). While at IRI, Nick  consistently averaged an annual $7 million in awarded projects. Upon his departure, Hernandez successfully estimated over $13 million worth of work. Since his departure, Nick Hernandez has worked tirelessly to build a name for himself and his growing company. Today, you can find Nick wearing many hats.
